Amy's Helping Hands is a local family-owned company dedicated to providing personalized elderly home care services in the form of a variety of services for the elderly and disabled to allow them to remain independent.

Founder Amy Szewczuk has experienced the vital needs of the elderly and disabled and the burden they place on the family. The challenges of caring for a loved one, lead her to start Amy's Helping Hands.

Amy's Helping Hands, helps families care for the elderly and or disabled who need assistance in daily living while remaining in the comfort and safety of their own home for as long as possible. Our team is involved in every step of the process, from the initial assessment to on-going follow-up and support.

Our Care Management Process

We Listen

Listening to our clients and their families, our caring staff endeavors to fulfill their special requests and needs.

We Assess

Our thorough assessment process takes place at the client's home; allowing us to observe their environment and personalize the care plan from nutritional needs to recreational activities.

We Develop

Based on the client's individualized services requirements, a comprehensive care plan is developed in consultation with the client and/or family.

We Implement

The caregiver is introduced to the client by our Care Director during the initial visit, at which time the caregiver gets familiarized with the client in their own environment.

We Monitor

We monitor and communicate with our clients on a regular basis. We will review the Care Plan monthly with our clients. Random quality assurance visits will also take place by the Care Director to monitor the appropriate implementation of the Care Plan.
