We will only hire individuals who can pass extensive criminal and motor vehicle background checks. You must have your own transportation. We provide an exclusive training program and offer full, part-time and live-in positions with flexible schedules.

In order to gain employment with Amy's Helping Hands you must go through our hiring and training process:

1.To apply for a position please fill out the Online Application on our secure server. Fill it out completely and any questions marked with an * or (required) is a mandatory response question. 

2.When filling out the online application please ensure that you fill in all the fields including all personal and professional references to the best of your ability. Give yourself 20-30 minutes when filling out the application.

3.If contacted you will have to take our aptitude and personality screening tests.

4.You will have to go through 2 hiring interviews.

5.You will have to attend our mandatory training program regardless of your prior qualifications which includes in classroom, online and take home materials.

6.You must obtain the Certified Companion Aide designation within 90 days of hiring to maintain your employment with Amy's Helping Hands.
