Remcare is your family's own on-line secure account through which your entire care team - including Amy's Helping Hands - can securely share all the information needed to keep your senior loved one living independently for as long as possible. It will serve as your on-line "control centre" for managing those needs - both big and small - that are critical to helping your loved ones age in place.
What happens in my RemCare account?
"Is Dad doing better or worse this week?" Amy's Helping Hands will post summaries and documents that will keep you better informed.
"Is Mom getting the right mix of services today?" You will be able to review assessments that enable you to quickly determine if your loved one needs more care or services.
"What medications is Dad Taking?" Securely store, access and share the critical information on conditions, medications, nutrition and healthcare providers you may need in a pinch.
"Who is driving Mom to her next doctor's appointment?" Use the collaborative schedule section to keep better track of appointments and to view caregiver schedules.
"Dad's washing machine isn't working who should l call?" Find the resources and support that you need and can trust.
"I had to take Mom to the hospital and they wanted to know all her medications and history" It is now a click away....
What if I dont want everyone to have access to all the information? You have the ability to grant various degrees of access to different members. One family member acts as the account administrator and grants access to the members of the care team. It might be that a grand daughter can post pictures and add comments about her visit with grandma but has restricted access to some of the health issues and grandma's health record. An out of town sibling can see the updates from the Amy's Helping Hands caregiver(s) and have the reassurance that mom or dad is doing well. This is available anytime of day or night at your fingertips.

Who is part of the "care team"? Your care team is anyone you select or feel it is important that they be included in the understanding and or participation in the care of your loved one. This could include, family members, health care practitioners, friends, neighbours anyone involved that you delegate to have access.
